A team of the elderly members of the apartment and the young yet matured and abled members should discuss and come to a forum to decide to form an association, that has a main committee, a general committee, members assigned with different tasks to help solve problems, registrations, legal and daily requirements, to set rules and organize living peacefully in that apartment.
