A
team of the elderly members of the apartment and the young yet matured and abled
members should discuss and come to a forum to decide to form an association,
that has a main committee, a general committee, members assigned with different
tasks to help solve problems, registrations, legal and daily requirements, to
set rules and organize living peacefully in that apartment.
Many
opportunities do come by, like the Annual day of the apartments, Festivals,
National days, organized events for sports, family days and open house days.
All these events can be moment where the residents can meet to have some fun,
mingling, making friends , so that each one is there for their neighbor in
times of need and to allow children to learn to share and live cohesively.
